Terms of Service

Effective Sep 14, 2026. These terms describe the FollowMetrix application. Legal review is recommended before public paid launch; this page is not a substitute for counsel.

The service

FollowMetrix provides private, real-time audience intelligence for X accounts you authorize. It depends on X, Stripe, and other third-party providers. We do not promise uninterrupted service if a provider changes, suspends, or terminates access.

Accounts, trials, and billing

You must be authorized to connect any X account you track. Paid plans, trials, overages, and cancellation follow the pricing and billing screens in the product. Canceling a subscription can stop tracking while retaining history for a recovery window. Deleting an account removes customer data according to the Privacy Policy and is not the same as canceling.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product for harassment, unauthorized surveillance, credential sharing, scraping, circumventing X or application limits, illegal activity, or attempts to access another customer’s data. The product does not offer automatic public callouts, mass retaliation, or automated replies to unfollowers.

Data and availability

Application-derived history is provided as-is. Some X-sourced fields may be omitted or limited in exports because of X platform rules. We may delete or modify stored X Content when X policy or an applicable request requires it.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, threaten other customers, or violate provider policy. You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time from Settings.
